This video is excellent in introducing some fundamental accessibility principles surrounding Distance Learning, providing detailed explanations and examples. With that in mind, the major drawback is that the video is from 2015 - Technology has advanced so far within the last 8 years (especially regarding distance learning because of the 2020 pandemic) that this video isn’t as helpful as it could be for contemporary contexts.

"We cannot afford to let the issue of disabilities be simply an afterthought. We have a unique opportunity now, as industry pours billions of dollars into upgrading the communications infrastructure, to make sure that people with disabilities are not left behind. Now is the time. Accessibility of services and products for all Americans has got to be a design feature, not an add-on."
